Bioparco Roma Interactive is a demonstration project and is not affiliated with the official website. Always verify opening times, prices, events, contacts and availability through official channels before visiting.
01
Scope of the service
The portal provides a demonstration map and pages for animals, areas, events and services to simulate planning a visit. It does not sell tickets, guarantee bookings or represent official Bioparco di Roma communications.
By using the portal, you agree to treat its content as informational and experimental. If you do not accept these terms, stop browsing and use official channels instead.
02
Information, opening times and external links
We aim for clarity, but prototype data may be invented, incomplete or outdated. Before travelling or purchasing, verify opening times, prices, access, events and services on the official website.
External links are provided for convenience. The portal does not control the availability, security, accessibility or policies of destination websites.
03
Accounts and acceptable behaviour
If you create an account, provide a usable address, protect your credentials and report suspicious access. You are responsible for activity through your session.
- do not attempt to access accounts, data or admin areas without authorisation
- do not upload unlawful, offensive, harmful or rights-infringing content
- do not interfere with service security, performance or availability
- do not use aggressive automation, mass scraping or limit-bypass techniques
04
Map and location
Coordinates, routes and distances are demonstrative and do not replace signs, staff instructions or on-site safety judgement. Device location may be inaccurate or unavailable.
During a visit, always follow authorised paths, barriers, notices and staff instructions; do not use the screen while walking where attention is required.
05
Content and intellectual property
Original code, graphics, text and portal organisation are protected by applicable law. Third-party photographs, marks and materials remain with their owners and are used in the prototype with attribution or source links where appropriate.
You may not reuse the portal or third-party materials commercially, remove attributions or present the project as an official service without permission.
06
Availability, changes and liability
The service may be changed, suspended or removed during development. Continuous operation, error-free behaviour and compatibility with every device are not guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by law, the demo project is not liable for decisions based on demo data or external services. Mandatory user rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
07
Reports and contacts
To report an error, accessibility issue, removal request or possible abuse, note the page, device and a description: a reporting contact will be provided before any real use of the portal. These terms may be updated as the project evolves.
