Do not feed the animals

Even apparently harmless food can disrupt a carefully planned diet. Let keepers manage meals and feeding enrichment.

Respect enclosures and barriers

Never cross boundaries or lean on protective structures, and always accompany children in viewing areas.

Observe without disturbing

Avoid shouting, tapping glass and sudden gestures. A calm environment helps animals and makes every visit more enjoyable.

Take care of the park

Use bins, stay on marked paths and follow signs. Pets cannot enter, except for guide dogs as provided by the rules.
